1. Adjust conf/scheduler.properties so that
    (a) encryption properties are the same as those in the file, scheduler.xml,
    from the configuration folder of your Scheduler's tomcat
    (b) Epic properties also match the corresponding ones in scheduler.xml

2. Then, to run the batch retrieval:
  a. UNIX
     chmod +x batchEpicSubjects.sh
     ./batchEpicSubjects.sh

  b. Windows
     batchEpicSubjects.cmd
